1. Service Engagement

Engagement begins when you submit a request for a "Free Website Check" or accept a quote for specific technical repairs. We provide a specialized digital utility service focused on restoring revenue through technical resilience.

2. Fixed-Price Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all repairs are performed on a fixed-price basis. We do not use monthly retainers or hidden hourly fees. The price quoted after your technical audit is the final price for the scope of work defined.

3. Client Responsibilities

To perform technical rescues efficiently, we require:

• Access: Timely provision of administrative access to your website, hosting provider, or domain registrar as required.
• Backups: While we take extreme care, clients are responsible for maintaining a full backup of their website before technical work commences.
• Accuracy: Provision of accurate information regarding current technical failures or previous work performed on the site.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required upon completion of the technical fix, or as per the terms stated on your invoice. Due to the immediate technical nature of our work, refunds are only issued if we are unable to resolve the specific technical failure outlined in the agreed scope of work.

5. Intellectual Property

All technical work performed on your website belongs to you upon full payment of the invoice. We retain the right to use anonymous diagnostic data to improve our general repair algorithms and utility services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Askxx Digital Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from the technical state of your website before, during, or after a rescue operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engaged.

7. Technical Scope

Our service is a technical repair utility. We fix broken infrastructure. We are not a creative marketing agency and do not provide ongoing content management or SEO strategy unless explicitly agreed upon as a separate technical fixed-price project.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
